We are the police detective working for you attorney to find and preserve evidence that will prove your case.  Without proof everything said is just allegations or hearsay.  Our investigators in Indianapolis and Fort Wayne will go out and interview and talk with witness and get the facts.  Often if you attorney asks these questions they will become a witness in their own case and that is not permitted.  We ask the questions, get facts and then its up to the attorney to take that information and weave a story for the jury that is based on our facts.
