Hey just a quick blurb about a spam email we have come across that actually made us look twice and thing about clicking on it…
It appears to be from FED EX home delivery about a delivery except where a package could not be delivered..
ALERT… do NOT do it. DO NOT CLICK on that attachment.
IT’s a VIRUS PAYLOAD.
It is not real, we don’t use this email address for ANYTHING related to our shipping account. So it did not give us a third thought. I actually did look twice to see what email it was being sent to before opening it.
ANYTHING with a .exe and especially a .zip file could unload a virus payload or Trojan virus to your PC.
When in doubt read closely before opening, by looking a bit closer at the sender’s email that we just received, the @butterfulllife.cXX is NOT fedex notification system.
Be careful what you click on, set up and use 1 specific email that is unrelated to your regular life for online activity like shopping and shipping or for the rewards account from the hundreds of businesses that offer them. Read everything twice before you jump to a conclusion.
